Pricing & Payment

All products are displayed with prices inclusive of VAT. At checkout, the total price is shown, including all applicable fees, VAT, and shipping costs. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart based on the selected payment method. Shipping terms are also provided in the cart, depending on the chosen delivery option.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, private consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase made remotely within 14 days. This right does not apply to goods that have been custom-made according to your specifications or that otherwise bear a clear personal imprint.

Our design tool provides a preview of the final product. By completing a purchase of a custom-designed item, you acknowledge that the final product may vary slightly in color and shape compared to the preview. Our goal is for all customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so we encourage you to contact us if you are dissatisfied with the final product, so we can address the issue.

Delivery

The standard delivery time is approximately one week. However, depending on the complexity of your design and during periods of high demand, delivery may take up to two weeks to ensure a high-quality product.

Unclaimed items are returned to us. For all packages not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative, and handling fees, currently totaling SEK 150.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense, except in cases where you have received a defective product.

Refund Obligation

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the product as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date we received the returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. However, we will cover the cost of return shipping for replacement items.
