Refund policy

As a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. This right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been custom-made based on your specifications or that otherwise have been clearly personalized.

Our design tool provides a preview of the final product. By completing a purchase of a custom-designed item, you acknowledge that the final product may differ slightly in color and shape from the preview. Our ambition is for all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase, and we therefore encourage you to contact us in the event of any dissatisfaction with the final product, so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
